Dear Guests!<\/strong><\/p>\n

We would like to inform you that by paying the beach service fee, you accept the provisions of the policy points below, which for the sake of all of us, the Napsug\u00e1r Beach<\/strong> are obliged to comply in all areas! Wearing the wristband received at the checkout entitles you to Napsug\u00e1r Beach<\/strong> for staying in the area, for using the beach services included in the fee. For this reason, the wristband is a Napsug\u00e1r Beach<\/strong> ter\u00fclet\u00e9n k\u00f6telez\u0151 viselni, illetve a strand megb\u00edzottjainak k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re azt ellen\u0151rz\u00e9sre meg kell mutatni.<\/p>\n

  1. Spa guests are obliged to comply with the regulations contained in the legislation and the Spa's policy.<\/li>\n
  2. Napsug\u00e1r Beach<\/strong> opening hours: 01.06.2020 \u2013 08.31.2020 between every day from 08:00 to 20:00. Swimming in the water is possible from June 1 to 8:31 a.m., when bathers are watched by a lifeguard.<\/li>\n
  3. Children under the age of 6, or children under the age of 14 who cannot swim, can only enter the beach bath area accompanied by an adult.<\/li>\n
  4. Over the age of 3, the use of a swimsuit or swimming trunks is mandatory!<\/li>\n
  5. In the land area of the spa and in the water area bordered by buoys, you must strive to behave in such a way that you do not disturb other spa guests, or cause discomfort or offense to others.<\/li>\n
  6. Anyone who does not comply with the House Rules may be refused further beach service by the lifeguard, as well as by the management and employees of the beach spa, and must leave the beach. Anyone who violates the rules may be denied access to the beach later.<\/li>\n
  7. The water beach area bordered by buoys is provided by the Lifeguard. In case of beach guests leaving the area towards open water a \u00a0Napsug\u00e1r Beach<\/strong> its operator no longer assumes responsibility for any accidents that may occur.<\/li>\n
  8. You can only play ball in the area of the beach bath in the designated area!<\/li>\n
  9. Playing ball in the water area fenced with buoys is only allowed with an inflatable beach ball, without disturbing others.<\/li>\n
  10. All bathers must follow the instructions of the swimming instructor and the staff and managers of the beach.<\/li>\n
  11. Everyone can use the sports field and playground equipment in the beach spa area only at their own risk, we are not responsible for any resulting injuries.<\/li>\n
  12. Please place cups, glass, paper, food waste and garbage in the designated waste containers.<\/li>\n
  13. The use of toilets, showers and sinks in the spa is free of charge. Please ensure that they are clean.<\/li>\n

  15. We are not responsible for the safety of personal items, the guest must take care of their protection.<\/li>\n
  16. Spa guests are not allowed to stay in the spa area after closing time!<\/li>\n
  17. In any case, found objects must be handed in at the ticket office: where the rightful owner can collect them after clearly identifying the object by showing their identity card and registering the handover.<\/li>\n
  18. By entering the beach area, the spa guest accepts at the same time that if a picture or video recording is made in which he can be seen, he cannot make any claims against the operators, the creators of the recording, or its legitimate users. All guests who appear in the recordings can only be named with their consent.<\/li>\n
  19. Anyone who intentionally damages or steals the equipment of the beach bath may be obliged to compensate for the damage, may be prosecuted and banned from the beach bath area.<\/li>\n
  20. Smoking is prohibited on the beach, except in designated areas!<\/li>\n
  21. To Napsug\u00e1r Beach<\/strong> all beach guests must leave the area by 20:10!<\/li>\n
  22. Between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., the lifeguard service ceases, during this period the responsibility for the safety of those bathing in the lake rests with the Napsug\u00e1r Beach<\/strong> management cannot undertake.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    the beach and its services cannot be used by:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • infectious patients,<\/li>\n
    • sufferers of disgusting diseases,<\/li>\n
    • patients in a convulsive state,<\/li>\n
    • who have open wounds,<\/li>\n
    • individuals in a drunken\/intoxicated state,<\/li>\n
    • those who behave in a way that offends public morals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      FORBIDDEN!<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      • bringing dogs and other animals into the beach area,<\/li>\n
      • use cleaning products, consume food and drink in the lake,<\/li>\n
      • jumping into the water, throwing each other into the water<\/li>\n
      • to sit and lie on the steps and drains placed in the water,<\/li>\n
      • throw pollutants, garbage, food waste into pools,<\/li>\n
      • deliberately damaging the bathroom equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
